Mortgage Loan Officer
This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Loan Officer at Loans Incorporated. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for tasks such as processing loan applications, evaluating credit worthiness, conducting underwriting activities, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with mortgage lending regulations.
Senior Loan Officer - Non-QM/Investor Specialist
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Loan Officer - Non QM/Investor Specialist. You will be tasked with writing loans with an emphasis on Non-QM/investor loans. Including Bank statement loans, DSCR, Fix and Flip, and P&L loans. This is a remote role, however, we prefer candidates located in the metro Philadelphia area.
